Gaynell has vast industry experience having worked with fortune 500 companies, government agencies, non-profit organizations, and educational institutions. She has managed and deployed ERP systems, launched and grown business intelligence and data warehouse organizations, managed E-commerce implementations, and led information technology departments. Through her multiple roles, she has also gained experience in managing risk for multimillion dollar programs for organizations, and mentored employees for successful project launches. She also has experience with structuring technology department teams, improving operations, and building C-level relationships and establishing stakeholder support. She has led and coached the Scrum Master course for teams in education, automotive, and food industry. Gaynell has an undergraduate degree in Electrical Engineering from the Southern University and A&M College, and a MS in Software Development and Management From Rochester Institute of Technology. She is also a co-author of the SBOK? Guide.
