He has worked in functional areas such as business intelligence, business analysis, financial reporting, systems engineering, technical design, and other capabilities. He has worked in high profile IT roles in organizations such as Bupa Global, Assurant, Simply Healthcare, and Nextstage Consulting. He has the experience of leading cross-functional teams and has been responsible for end-to-end execution and completion of multiple IT projects right from the requirements gathering phase to quality assurance, and subsequent support phases. He is a highly focussed customer-oriented professional and is familiar with working with clients across multiple countries. During the last years he has been involved in the analysis, development and implementation of IT solutions for different information systems using Waterfall and SCRUM methodologies. He has extensive experience as a Scrum instructor, and has also taken classes for SQL, .NET, PMP®, and other courses.
